Dean Burnetti was born in Elgin, Illinois, just outside of Chicago, in 1957. At the time of his birth, his dad worked for a major construction company as a laborer.
When Dean was five, a wall at a construction site caved in on his dad. His dad sustained multiple herniated discs in his low back. Despite his bitter pain, Dean’s dad stood firm in his commitment to support his family. Therefore, Dean watched each day as his dad strapped on a back brace before work.
After some time, Dean’s dad received a promotion to a supervisory position, and he led not only his work crew at the job site, but he led his children by example as he instilled in them the value of hard work. He made it no secret that he wanted his children to get a good education so they could “work smart, not hard.”
Dean honored his father by taking his advice to heart and standing firm in his oath to get a good education. Another thing he stood firm in was his bold faith in God. As such, from a young age, he felt called to serve the Lord.
When Dean was a young adult, he graduated from Oklahoma Baptist Seminary in Marlow, Oklahoma with a Seminary Degree in Pastoral Ministries. During his tenure there, he met and married his sweetheart, Patti, and a short time later, they had two daughters.
As Dean graduated from Seminary and prepared to deliver the Word of God, the memory of his dad’s abhorrent injury was still fresh in the forefront of his He felt such overwhelming empathy for people who were injured, his benevolent nature made him question if he missed his calling. After diligent prayer and consideration, Dean knew that God was leading him to do His work by serving as an attorney who would help injured people in need.
Dean applied to a Christian liberal arts college at Warner University in Lake Wales, Florida, and just three years later, he received a Bachelor’s Degree for his double major in Psychology and Biblical Studies. He then attended Oral Roberts University Law School in Tulsa and earned a Juris Doctorate degree.
Upon Dean’s graduation from Oral Roberts University in 1986, he returned to Florida and took his Bar Exam. because he stood firm in his studious attitude, he passed on the first try, and received his license to practice law in Florida.
When Dean started his career, he desired to honor his earthly father while maintaining his pledge to serve his Heavenly Father, so he focused on assisting people who had been hurt in on-the-job accidents. A short time into the new millennium, a car accident claimed Dean’s dad. After meticulous reflection, Dean then expanded the focus of his law practice to include representation for people who were injured or suffered disabilities from all types of accidents.

Attorney Jeff Sheloske grew up in the Midcoast Region of Maine in a Christian home attending church weekly with his family. Even in his youth, Jeff had a passion for helping others, but was unaware at that time that his passion and love for the Lord would lead him to the legal field.
Upon completion of high school, he relocated to Florida to attend the University of Tampa where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology. While in attendance, Jeff was involved in the Men’s NCAA Division II Cross Country Varsity Team and the ARMY ROTC program. He is also one of the founding fathers for the Epsilon Zeta chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity and served as the Alumni Chair.
After graduating from the University of Tampa, Jeff worked for several of the nation’s largest insurance companies handling claims in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, which sparked his passion for zealously representing the injured. His claim experience included Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Auto Theft, and Arson claims, and he was a member of a Coverage Investigation Unit.
After several years of working for various insurers, Jeff attended Florida Coastal School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate. While in law school, he was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity. He received Book Awards for the highest grade in Lawyering Process I and Lawyering Process II (Research and Writing), received the Outstanding Oral Advocate Award, and served as a Teacher’s Assistant in Lawyering Process. He also served as Treasurer for the Christian Legal Society. While in law school, Jeff interned for several civil litigation firms. He conducted extensive legal research for Personal Injury cases, drafted pleadings, demand letters, and firm correspondence.
Upon graduation from law school, he worked for the nation’s largest insurer as a Licensed Bodily Injury Claim Representative and a Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Litigation Claim Specialist handling Florida, West Virginia, and North Carolina claims. He earned an Associate in Claims (AIC) designation and was selected to be part of a Special Investigation Unit task force (SIU).

In his personal time, Jeff and his wife, Kim, raise chickens and honeybees and are involved in their church. He is also a member of Gideons International and Free & Accepted Masons of Florida as a Master Mason.
